Vision and Mission
The mission of the Ottasekharamangalam Grama Panchayat is to ensure public satisfaction through the quality of service delivery systems, to achieve the comprehensive progress of the Panchayat by implementing the ideals of Swaraj (self-rule) and Suraj (good governance) as envisioned by Mahatma Gandhi's concept of Panchayat Raj, and to transform the Panchayat into a people-friendly, good-governance Grama Panchayat through transparent and time-bound services
